Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

At Hollow Surf we use Australia Post. Standard shipping 2-8 business days depending on your location.

Packages

Shipping for Australian orders are calculated automatically at checkout using Australia Post Standard parcel delivery (Parcel Post) or Next day parcel delivery (Express Post). Excludes Surfboards & Bulky Items.

WA Regional & East Coast of Australia - $200

Bulky Items

Small Bulky Items

• WA - $25
• East Coast of Australia - $25

Large Bulky Items

• WA - $50
• East Coast Of Australia - $100

Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel with Australia Post.

With Registered Post, if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.

Costs

All Australian orders are sent via Express Post for $25 (Signature On Delivery), however when you spend over $150 it will be delivered FREE of charge. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on 08 9243 4648 between 9.00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (WST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email jono@hollowsurfshop.com.au with the correction.
