Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

At Hollow Surf we use Australia Post Express Delivery. Standard shipping 2-8 business days depending on your location.

Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping. Excludes Surfboards & Bulky Items.

Shipping on orders under $150 is a flat rate of $20 (Signature On Delivery).

WA Regional - $50

East Coast of Australia - $100

 

Bulky Items

Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel with Australia Post.

With Registered Post, if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.

 

Costs

All Australian orders are sent via Express Post for $20 (Signature On Delivery), however when you spend over $150 it will be delivered FREE of charge. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.

 

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on 08 9243 4648 between 9.00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (WST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email jono@hollowsurfshop.com.au with the correction.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We accept all returns within 14 days from when the order is sent.

We will offer refunds for or will replace any items purchased that...

  1. Are faulty or damaged at time of purchase
  2. Do not match the specification advertised for them
  3. Do not fit
We will not pay for return postage when swapping sizes or if you change your mind.
We will not refund original postage charge if you change your mind or if the item does not fit.
We offer store credits for returned items that you have changed your mind on, please return by post (your cost). 

We will not refund purchases or replace items where the items are damaged, used or worn.

 Please ensure all returns are in a new condition and are fit for re sale with all packaging and retail swing tags in place and undamaged.
